Who we are

This website and our services are run by Harsh Nikhil Patadia, sole proprietor, trading as World of Wide Range (GSTIN 27AVEPP5340F1ZM), 3rd Floor, 26/27, Plot No 171/173, Contractor Building, 2, Raja Rammohan Roy Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400004. In these pages, "we" and "us" mean World of Wide Range, and "you" means the customer.

What we collect

• Account and order details: your name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, state, GST number and the domain you want.
• Payment details: Razorpay handles your payment. We receive the amount, payment reference and the details you enter on the payment page, not your full card or UPI details.
• Messages: what you send us by enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Service records: your websites, renewal dates, email IDs and invoices.
• Technical data: login cookies, and server logs such as your IP address, kept by our hosting provider.

Why we use it

We use your information to build and run your services, take payments, issue GST invoices, send service and renewal messages, answer you, protect our website from misuse, and meet our legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

• Razorpay for payments
• Bluehost for hosting and email
• Domain registries and registrars to register your domain. Some registration details may be required by their rules.
• WhatsApp and Google (Gmail) when you message or email us
• Google Fonts, which supplies our website's fonts and can see your IP address
• The .in and .com domain registries, which receive the name you search for when you press Check availability
• Our accountants, and government authorities when the law requires it

Your invoice link

Each invoice opens through a long private link. Anyone who has that link can open the invoice, so please do not share it publicly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are our customer and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting duties, or to resolve disputes. Invoices must be kept for the period that tax law requires.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. We may have to keep some records, such as invoices, by law. You may also complain to us using the details below, and you may have the right to approach the relevant authority under Indian data protection law.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website at present.

Security

We use a secure connection and password-protected accounts. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
