Who we are

This website and our services are run by Harsh Nikhil Patadia, sole proprietor, trading as World of Wide Range (GSTIN 27AVEPP5340F1ZM), 3rd Floor, 26/27, Plot No 171/173, Contractor Building, 2, Raja Rammohan Roy Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400004. In these pages, "we" and "us" mean World of Wide Range, and "you" means the customer.

What we provide

We design and build websites, and provide domain registration, hosting and business email. Your package, as shown on our pricing page when you buy, sets out the number of pages and rounds of design changes included. Anything more is extra work, and we will give you a price before starting it.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees. The pricing page shows the price before 18% GST and the total you pay.
• Website packages are paid in full before work begins.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card or UPI details.
• We send a GST invoice for each payment. Please give your correct billing name, address, state and GST number, because they appear on the invoice.

How we deliver your website

Everything we provide is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped. After payment, we contact you to agree what your website needs and a timeline, which depends on your package and on how quickly you send your content and feedback. You are responsible for reviewing the design and telling us about changes within the rounds included.

Domain and hosting: your first year

One standard .in or .com domain and hosting are free for 12 months from the day your website goes live. Domain names are subject to availability and to the rules of the domain registry. Names sold at a premium price are not included.

Yearly renewal

• After the first year, domain and hosting renew together at the yearly price on our pricing page, plus GST.
• We send you a renewal link before your free year ends. If you set up automatic renewal, the amount is charged each year until you cancel.
• To stop renewal, tell us before your next yearly charge.
• If a renewal is not paid, your website and email may stop working, and your domain may expire and become available to others.
• If we change the renewal price, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Business email

Business email IDs are sold as yearly packs, when available. They stop working if not renewed. Please keep your own copies of important email.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and that your website will not be used for anything unlawful, including spam, fraud, or infringing someone else's rights. We may refuse or suspend service if it is. Once your website is paid for in full, you may use the finished design for your business. We may show your website as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Keeping your site available

We use a third-party hosting provider and take reasonable care, but cannot promise your website or email will never be interrupted. Please keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to fix any problem. Otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, without limiting any right you have to approach a consumer forum.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you paid apply to that payment.
